In my pregnancy classes women gain the right blend of active stretching, breathing and relaxation. My pregnancy classes give clients the strength and confidence they need to feel more calm heading into birth.
In my postnatal classes I offer safe and appropriate excercises to build a good foundation from which women can rebuild their strength, leaving them feeling empowered and nurtured.
Hatha classes are the perfect mix of strength work, stretching and relaxation, leaving clients feeling stronger, calmer and refreshed.
