Each 3 hour workshop includes the following practices to help your body and mind prepare for birth.
The workshop will include:
- yoga poses which create a sense of space
- yoga poses that ease the discomforts of common pregnancy complaints
- yoga poses for optimal fetal positioning
We will also:
- focus on massage and acupuncture techniques that can be used during birthing
- spend time practicing breathing and explore how the breath can be used as a tool for birthing your baby
- dedicate time to relaxation techniques and guided mediations to foster a sense of calm and wellbeing
